India’s Ministry of Consumer Affairs has amended the law to require every package containing GM ingredients to be labelled from January 1, 2013. Why can’t Canada do the same? Well, perhaps it will if California votes in favour of mandatory labelling in November!

What’s good for India should be good for Canada! It is high time for Canada to label GMO foods.
Canada always trailing behind instead of leading. Whatever the USA does, along comes Canada copying. Our P.M. isn’t interested in what we want, it’s all about what he wants. Shame, that we don’t have any leaders with the guts to stand up for what Canadians want!
